Some of my best thinking happens here.
From the cockpit, you see things differently — the full landscape, changing conditions, what’s ahead, and what’s at risk. It’s a perspective I’ve gained over the years as a commercial pilot, flying business leaders, doctors, organs and other time-critical flights across South Dakota and across the country.
At 20,000 feet, you learn quickly: conditions change, decisions matter, and you must always be looking ahead.
It’s also the perspective I’ve carried with me in Pierre.
Over the last term, I’ve worked to listen, learn, and bring people together — understanding both the needs of our communities and the importance of strong business and economic growth. Because it’s not one or the other — it’s both
I’ve seen firsthand how decisions impact people, industries, and our future, and I’ll continue working to keep that balance right for District 9.
I humbly ask for your vote on June 2nd.
